Giveaway Goodies: Gift Card Giveaway Hop









Firstly, a big thank you to Kathy from I Am A Reader, Now A Writer and Mary from Sweeping Me for hosting this great hop!

This Giveaway Hop, probably my last for 2012, will run from December 11th to 17th so you have ample time to join all the great blogs hosting their own giveaways along the Hop.

    Not buying presents, we stopped this about 15-20 years ago since there are no children in our family. I have a gift card and a small box of candy for the paper delivery person. I usually purchase a few 1 lb. boxes of fine candy for hostess gifts.

    All done With the Christmas shopping. Woohoo! I got my husband some work pants, thermals, socks and a lot of little stuff for his stocking like a mini flashlight, a cell phone holder, a mini pinball game, a yo-yo, Cracker Jacks, a cup, a cup holder, a giant candy cane sucker, razor refill cartridges, a mini tool set, a puzzle just to name a few. :D Hope you have a wonderful Christmas.     I know this is uncustomary, and that all of you probably won't read this but I must say....those are some AWESOME gift ideas! You just gave me some new ones! So thanks for that.

    But we should always remember that Christmas is not just about the presents but about celebrating with family so even though some may not be getting/exchanging gifts this year, the REAL gift is being able to be together, happy and healthy
